1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using BT4T ("the Platform," "the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and BT4T. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

BT4T is an AI-powered trading journal and analytics platform designed for cryptocurrency traders. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Automated trade tracking and synchronisation via exchange API integrations
• Trade journaling with emotion tracking, strategy tagging, screenshots, and notes
• AI-powered analysis, pattern recognition, and behavioural insights (powered by Stella AI)
• Performance analytics across multiple dimensions including edge analysis, risk metrics, and strategy comparison
• Market intelligence including liquidation heatmaps, whale flow tracking, funding rates, and sentiment data
• Social and community features including verified public profiles, leaderboards, and a global feed
• Creator monetisation tools allowing users to publish and sell premium content
• Telegram bot integration for journaling, push alerts, and AI chat

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised the activity. You must immediately notify BT4T at legal@bt4t.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. BT4T will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use BT4T for the following purposes:

• Personal trading journal and performance analysis
• Educational purposes related to trading and market analysis
• Professional trading analysis and portfolio management

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or connected systems
• Disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools without prior written permission from BT4T
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any other person
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or any part thereof
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform for commercial purposes
• Abuse API endpoints, circumvent rate limits, or overload the Service infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Upload, publish, or transmit malicious content including viruses, malware, or harmful code

4.3 API Usage

Access to BT4T's APIs is subject to rate limits and fair usage policies. You must use your own personal API keys for exchange integrations. BT4T reserves the right to revoke API access at any time if usage patterns indicate abuse, excessive load, or violation of these Terms.

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Plans

BT4T offers multiple subscription tiers with varying levels of access to features and capabilities. Details of available plans and pricing are displayed on the Platform. Prices are subject to change with a minimum of 30 days prior notice to existing subscribers.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, processed securely through Stripe
• All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD)
• Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law
• By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable billing interval
• Failed payments may result in suspension or downgrade of your account until payment is resolved

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing period.

5.4 Free Trial

BT4T may offer a free trial period for new users. The trial is limited to one per customer and may not be combined with other offers. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Platform, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and their arrangement, is owned by BT4T and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any BT4T content without prior written consent.

6.2 Your Content

You retain full ownership of any content you create, upload, or submit to the Platform, including journal entries, notes, screenshots, and published posts. By submitting content, you grant BT4T a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

7.1 Processing

BT4T uses the OpenAI API to power its AI assistant (Stella) and related features. When you use AI-powered features, relevant trade data and context may be sent to OpenAI for processing. Your data is not used for training OpenAI's models. You may opt out of AI features at any time through your account settings.

7.2 Disclaimer

All AI-generated content, including trade analysis, pattern recognition, behavioural insights, daily briefings, and tilt alerts, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You should always apply your own judgement before acting on any AI-generated insight.

7.3 No Investment Advice

Nothing provided by BT4T's AI features, analytics, market intelligence, or any other part of the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. BT4T does not recommend any specific trades, strategies, or financial instruments. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

8. Social Features & Creator Content

8.1 Published Content

When you publish content on BT4T's social features (including the global feed, public profiles, and trade posts), you retain ownership of that content. By publishing, you grant BT4T a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform and in marketing materials.

8.2 Creator Monetisation

Eligible users may monetise their content through BT4T's creator programme, powered by Stripe Connect. Creators may set subscription prices between $4.99 and $99.99 per month. BT4T charges a 20% platform fee on all creator revenue. Payouts are managed through each creator's connected Stripe account and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

8.3 Content Standards

All published content must comply with the following standards:

• No misleading performance claims, fabricated results, or manipulated data
• Performance data displayed on profiles and in published content must be backed by verified exchange-synced data
• No guarantees of returns, profits, or specific trading outcomes
• Content must not promote illegal activities or violate any applicable laws

8.4 Moderation

BT4T reserves the right to review, flag, restrict, or remove any content that violates these Terms, our content standards, or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate creator accounts that repeatedly violate content guidelines. Moderation decisions are at BT4T's sole discretion.

9. Third-Party Services

9.1 Exchange Integrations

BT4T integrates with the following cryptocurrency exchanges: Binance, Bybit, OKX, Hyperliquid, BitGet, KuCoin, MEXC, Gate.io, Deribit, BloFin, Nado, and Lighter. All exchange connections use read-only API access. BT4T never executes trades on your behalf. Your API credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and stored on dedicated EU servers.

BT4T is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or completeness of data provided by third-party exchanges. Exchange API changes, outages, or rate limiting may affect the Service's functionality.

9.2 External Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. BT4T does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access external links at your own risk.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of BT4T is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. BT4T EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

BT4T does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable, or that the quality of the Service will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BT4T AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BT4T'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BT4T DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BT4T, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Service or any activity under your account
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Your content, including any published trades, analysis, or creator content
• Your trading decisions, including any losses incurred as a result of acting on information obtained through the Service
• Any infringement of a third party's intellectual property or other rights

14. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Cancellation of a paid subscription follows the process described in Section 5.3.

By Us

BT4T reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, extended inactivity, or at our sole discretion.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately. You may request an export of your data prior to termination. BT4T may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

15. Changes to Terms

BT4T reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform, via email, or by other reasonable means. The updated Terms will include a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may close your account.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

17. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting BT4T at legal@bt4t.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your written notice.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgement on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

18. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and BT4T regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
• Waiver. The failure of BT4T to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by BT4T.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without BT4T's prior written consent. BT4T may assign these Terms without restriction.
• Force Majeure. BT4T shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, labour disputes, government actions, internet or telecommunications failures, exchange outages, or cyberattacks.
